It was straight up delicious. Basically, all you gotta do is throw some salmon in a slow cooker with some seasoning and let it cook for a few hours. That's it. No fancy techniques or complicated instructions. I found a couple of different recipes online, but I decided to go with one that had a lemon sauce. I mean, who doesn't love a little lemon on their fish? So here's what you need to make some bomb slow-cooker salmon with lemon sauce:

2 lbs salmon fillets
1 lemon, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
