Tesco Salmon Pasta Recipes Creamy Mustard Salmon With Potato Rosti
Now this here recipe is gonna knock your socks off! We got some tossed pasta with some succulent salmon up in the mix. I'm telling ya, this dish is tip-top shape and just what you need to get your taste buds groovin'.
First up, Tesco Real Food's Tossed Pasta with Salmon
Let's start with the salmon. We're gonna need about 4 salmon fillets, skin removed. We're gonna toss them in some olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast 'em up in the oven for about 12 minutes. Set those bad boys aside for later.
Now, we're gonna work on the pasta. Cook about 400g of penne pasta until it's nice and al dente. Drain it and set it aside.
Next, we're gonna make a delicious sauce. In a pan, melt about 50g of butter and add in some minced garlic. Cook it for about a minute, then toss in some sliced mushrooms. Cook those until they're nice and tender, then stir in 300ml of double cream and about a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it's nice and thick. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Alright, time to bring it all together. In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Flake the cooked salmon into the mix and give it a good mix. Serve that bad boy up hot and sprinkle some chopped chives on top for some extra flavor.
Next, we got some Pasta with Salmon and Broccoli
Let's start off by cooking 400g of pasta just like before. Get it nice and al dente and set it aside.
Now, we're gonna toss in some broccoli. Cut up about 2 cups of broccoli into small florets and toss them in a pan. Cook 'em up for about 5 minutes until they're nice and tender. Set it aside for later.
Melt about 50g of butter in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add in some chopped shallots and cook 'em up until they're nice and soft. Toss in some cherry tomatoes and cook those until they're nice and tender, too. Throw in about 600g of cubed salmon fillet and cook that up until it's nice and flaky. Add in some salt and pepper to taste.
Now, it's time to add everything together. Toss the cooked pasta and broccoli in with the salmon mixture until it's all nice and mixed. Serve it up hot and enjoy.
